  1. i love italy. i have been a few times and never get enough. There is so much to do and see and eat & shop.

  2. Yes, especially ROME and the people and the history... I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia and when I went to Rome last year I had the feeling this was just Jakarta... You know, busy, traffic, hot, the people and food are great... WOW!!! And I could finally see the heart of the once GREAT Roman Empire... And another thing... Italian DUDES are (...) HOT!!! (Fabio Cannavaro, Luca Toni, Francesco Totti, Alessandro Del Piero...) How come...? I'm living in Europe by the way - in Holland - but the greatest place to be in Europe is definitly ROME!

  3. I love Italy. I went there when I was 15 (Rome, Florence, and Assisi) and vowed to live there one day. And guess what...I get to! I'm moving there next summer for a year. While I do love Italy, I would miss my home (USA), so all I'm staying is a year. I'm so excited :)

  4. love it.

  5. Yup, I'd like to visit it some day, and see the places my father and uncles marched during tWWII.

  6. Never been there but maybe someday. It is the first place I would want to visit. Italians are great looking, beautiful language, fantastic food, gorgeous cities with so much culture, history, and art. Be proud you are Italian.

  7. no

  8. IT looks pretty cool from the pics I've seen  'n' stuff but I'll let u no once I go there.

  9. I have never been there but it has so much to offer, so much history.

This site has almost anything you want to know about Italy, even a great map..I actually found it interesting and informative, I hope you will to.

Really would like to go back again soon, travel further south...relax on more beaches and then Rome. ok

  11. Love it! The language and culture!! I want to go someday!!

  12. Heck Yes!! I was just there two weeks ago and I absolutely loved it. The heat was a bit too much but it was still amazing. While I was there I also got caught up in football and I was excited when they took the cup home Sunday.

  13. I love it because Italian men are so handsome.  I saw some playing in the soccer team and I really liked them specially Luca Toni.  I hope some day I'll move to Italy.

  14. Never been there. I heard a lot of Italians live there, except during the tourist seasons. One Italian was heard to say;

    " The place is theirs ! "

  15. Are u kiddin me

    I loooooooooooooooove Italy

Although Ive never visited to Italy

but I just love u guys

    use r so hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. I am a Canadian and I have an answer for you.  Yes, I do like Italy.  You have a rich history, a beautiful culture and great food.

  17. Yes! Yes! Yes! My wife and I have been to Italy three times -- including Capri, Sicily and some 12-14 of their provinces and we have loved most of the time we spent there -- traffic in Palermo left a lot to be desired.

Our dream is to retire and live for six months in or near Tuscany as it one of our favorite places in the world.

  18. I've traveled all over Europe on business and had the opportunity to spend a week in Rome. What a wonderful city. Great city to walk in because around every corner there is a new wonder. It would have helped if I spoke Italian but I got by and I found Romans to be much friendlier to tourists than they are in Paris or Brussells.

The food and beautiful women! You can't beat it!

  19. Italy YES, it is a gorgeous country, Italian people not so much.

  20. YES I WOULD DEFINETELY LIKE TO VISIT ROME, MILAN AND NAPLES. BUT I AM SCARED OF THE d**n LANGUAGE PROBLEM. IT IS VERY EMBARSSING TO ASK SOMEONE SOMETHING WHEN THEY CAN'T SPEAK UR LANGUAGE.

  21. Si! =)

I have been to Italy twice.  It's my favorite country in the whole entire world.  The people there are fantastic; everyone in Italy is so generous, kind, and beautiful.  The country itself is stunning.  You guys also have the best national soccer team in the world. =)

I'm definitely going to be living there someday.

    Amo Italia!

    Forza Italia!

  22. no i m from Mexico city

  23. Yea I loved it when I went there!

  24. I'M FROM ROME AND..............................YES I LOVE MY COUNTRY I THINK IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD

  25. Im american, I've been there twice and love it!  Would move to Rome in a heartbeat, but my ex won't let me move the kids that far away!!!  :(      Lucky you!

  26. I LOVE Italy.  Florence is my favorite part so far.  Will see if I like other places this summer!

  27. italy is s****. and expensive, but its not too bad.  the canals reek in venice, but its a cool town.

  28. I have mixed feelings on this one.  The country itself is beautiful, not that I saw all of it, but what we saw of Rome was spectacular: we particularly enjoyed the Vatican, the Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain at night.  Pompei and the museum in Naples were amazing.  The Amalfi coast was some of the prettiest area I've ever seen.

The traffic was crazy - people seemed to just drive anywhere, any way.  And when we were in crowds, people were very pushy.

rather than having any sense of waiting their turn.  But we also ran into people who were very helpful.

Before I visit Italy again, I will learn at least rudimentary Italian.  In other European countries we could usually find someone who spoke English, in Italy that was not necessarily the case.  But not being able to communicate was my fault, not that of the Italians whose language is the language of the country I was visiting.

  29. Most of Italy is a beautiful country. Italians on the whole are warm, fun-loving people. Italian politicians like Roberto Calderoli though - you can keep them.

  30. I love Italy [the country], it's very beautiful. The guys are really s**y and know how to treat women. But, the only thing that I don't like about Italy is their soccer team. =/

  31. I love Italy. Except for the terrible currency conversion rate for $US to euros I had a wonderful time. The food was expensive but i found the country warm and inviting. I wish i could have spent more time there but worked called me back.

I do wish one thing....could the officials in Rome come up with a better method of labeling their prized historic sites. I tried my best to follow purchased guides or locate landmarks labeled on maps but it was just too confusing. I guess if you're on your own and have a lot of time to kill everything is fine....if you have kids and a walk-weary wife you could hire Disney to work on crowd flow and information booths.
