I am joining a new company for work in September. I am getting married in November and would require leave.?

I want to know if I will b able to get upaid leave as I will be a trainee. Should I tell the company now or after I join. I am confused as this is a good company. I want leave of 15 -20 days.? Please help of anyone knows of company policies.

i think you should have brought this up during the interviews, this would have given the company a better idea.. you still can tell them now and i think you should do it asap, just tell them that you were thinking it over and you made the decision to take the unpaid leave.. to show them that you did it in good faith..

in terms of law, i'm not familiar with your country's laws so you may wanna check those out, just for your information, i don't think it will matter anyways..
