I am just wondering how i would go about getting emancipated in washington state. Where do i get the papers?

Look on-line or go to your local court house. You have to be in good standing (making good money, have a place to stay etc.) to be granted anything. Most of the time if there's trouble in your family, Child Services will be called and they can help move your case along.
