  1. Don't worry about clothes! Why should you stand out?

IN france you have to try quiche, they're beautiful. In Germany Bratwurst - it's just sausage, very popular fast food:)

  2. You will never stand out in Europe is it is full of tourist like you.

Eat fish and chips in London.

    Pizza in Italy

    chocolates in Switzerland

    French onion soup in Paris

Let us know how it went

  3. Dress nicely. In other words demurely and neatly. Take some pepto bismol at the beginning of your trip and then try everything that looks good to you. Ask about the local water before you drink. Lucky you.

  4. Just pack some versatile clothing, I mean you go to Europe to have fun, shop for a whole new wardrobe while you're in Paris, whats better than shopping there??? Just remember the camera too and eat what the local eat.  :-) Have fun.

  5. Homeland Security advises Americans who travel abroad not to make it obvious that they are from the US. Try to avoid clothes with brand names or t shirts from tourist places in the US. People dress up more in many countries than they do in the US, so pack your nicest items.  As for the food, look for places where the local people go and try the most popular items.

  6. It's better to dress well than to dress down. Be more chic and sophisticated than jeans and tees. You don't have to eat all local foods.Horsemeat is served in Switzerland as a specialty. Eat what you like!

  7. I wouldn't worry to much about standing out. However, I would defintely be comfortable seeing as how the flight is crazy long and I'm sure it's going to be hot. It's been about 6 years since I've been to Europe. In switzerland you have to try the chocolate :) In Germany the beer is amazing. I would try everything if I were you. Stay away from the fast food places that you can find anywhere. Go for the more local resturants, all the food is amazing.

Be open minded and enjoy your trip, I'm sure it will be wonderful.

  8. wear a pair of comfortable jeans and a nice top. you'll look fine . ask a local whats the best food to try in which ever country you are in, they know best.. for example.. in England  go to the NORTH EAST of England to Yorkshire, or Newcastle and have Fish and Chips and mushy peas... Mmmmm Yummmy. Than find a country pub on Sunday that serves sunday lunch and have Roast beef or Roast Lamb and Yorkshire puddings .and roast potatoes.    out of this world food
