Here are two Parkour Groups that you might be insterested one is "Parkour Nasik" formed by me myself and one is "Parkour Mumbai" which has formal training classes on Sat and Sunday in a very well Equiped Facility and more importantly a very best experienced Instructor (According to My Experience :)

Parkour is getting quite famous in India but in slow pace but as it happens many sports, fake parkour calsses are also there which are not at all following parkour as a discipline and art so dont fall for these classes always think before about whom you train with. Be Smart !

ok so there are way more training centres in the world than 3, for one Parkour started in France, so there are many there, there are some in Briton, there are some in Australia, there are many all over the world
And the best way to train is with a group of people that also do Parkour, other wise for a beginner yeah practise on grass until you are able to roll comfortably on cement then start training on the more solid stuff.
I'm also wanting to train in Pune but i dont think Parkour is very big in India so i dont have my hopes up :(
