Hi. I have a Soda Club machine and love it. It may not be much help, but they do have a Korean site:

Perhaps if you have friends there, you can have it shipped to them and pick it up if you visit. I have friends in Seoul and they travel to Japan a few times a year, but I'm not sure how common that is.
