I am living in NJ. I am thinking of locating to Sugarland, TX. Any good and bad things I should know?

I am living in NJ. I am thinking of locating to Sugarland, TX. I have two teenagers kids in high school. They are both competitive swimmer. I also have a 4 years old kid. Can someone tell me anything about the area, housing, school and any competitive swim team?

I live in Houston, , it depends on which school you teenagers will be going,the schools have swim teams,also depends on where you live,you can also choose your light company, go on power to choose.com, you will need it during the summer with the humidity here.also depending on where you live some of the houses has group swim teams where you 4 years old can swim at the pool.
