I am living in australia and am a New Zealand passport holder looking to live and work in the USA?

I am just after straight up answers on on how to move to the usa and live and work.i am a tradesman painter and decorator and am just after where to start off with visas and all of that stuff?????any help will be muchly apprecited.

Why don't you ask this question in the Immigration section (it appears under Politics and Government)? That way, you will get answers from Americans and people who know about US immigration.

Number one thing; get a green card. If you don't have that forget it. So you will need sponsorship from a company.  As a tradesman that might be a little hard.  Might be worthwhile initially looking for jobs outside your line to get the green card.
