Since you posted this in ethnic cuisine and I am very partial to Asian food, I would have to say look at recipes for Asian food, except for Thai (which use limes and occasionally pineapple). Far east asian food like Korean, Japanese and Chinese cooking does not use tomatoes, lemones, limes, pineapples or oranges in ANY of its cooking and it's VERY tasty.

A simple search should reveal a vast number of recipes.
