i belive these are from around 1945. i would like some one in arkansas to tell me the value of these old records.

The best way is to ask your insurance agent to recommend someone. Your agent is someone who you hopefully know and trust. Everyone on here is a complete stranger and there are people around here who don't always give good answers. You might get a lot of guesses, but something that old needs a proper appraisal from someone who's going to inspect and research them to give you a really accurate appraisal.
