I am looking after a baby blackbird?

the bird is approx 3 weeks old.my friend has been feeding her milk and water for the first couple of weeks and has just started weening her on to small earthworms.Does anyone know what else i should be feeding her on ?

eggs. cooked ofcorse. like a scambled egg but without the butter and pepper and other stuff. the egg has alot of protein and calcium that is great for the baby. sounds morbid but its not and its natural in the wild. well other then the cooked part but you need to cook it to get out any bacteria. hope this helps. also when the bird is a little bigger you can even cook the shell into the eggs when you feed them.
