I am looking at buying a 1992 Ebbtide Corp. Campione 182?

Does anyone know if these are good boats, what common problems they have? Is there a website where I can access reviews, so far I am not having any luck finding any information about these boats.

Campions are a medium quality boat built in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.  A 1992 vintage boat would have to be assesed as to it's condition regardless of the manufacturer.  Inspect the hul for damage or evidence of repairs.  Carefully check the floor for any soft spots that could identify rot in the floor board.  Many fiberglass boats have plywood floors.  If the florr has rot, there is a good chance that the stringers are rotting as well.  Pass on any boat with a rotten floor.  The overall condition of the upholstry, etc. gives an indication of the care the boat has received.  Next is the power plant.  Make sure the motor runs good, or budget for replacement.  Check the fuel tanks to make sure they are sound.  If it has a trailer, look underneath.  Pay attention to rust on the axles and frame members.  Repeated dips in salt water will destroy a trailer.  I know they have a website.  Google campion and see what you find.
