  1. If you get the legitimate supplier price then no, those supplier and employee prices are set by the manufactorer and dealers are not allowed to change them under penalty of big fines. Some go even further, with Ford dealers are not allowed to "throw in" anything with the deal on supplier or employee price deals, a $40 set of mudflaps free to the customer will cost the dealer $10,000 in fines. Im not sure what GM's fines are but Im sure there are similar.

Many dealers around me send out a notice to all the employee's of certain companies that they will get a "supplier" discount if they come buy at that dealership, this is not actual manufactorer supplier discount, its just an advertising trick by the dealer. If you were informed of your "supplier" discount by a dealership and the manufactorer hasnt given you any info about it then it is likely just the dealer trying to get you to come in and buy something. If thats the case then the price IS negotiable and the dealer that sent you the info cannot sell you the car any cheaper than any other dealer. The fake supplier discount they give you is still probably pretty cheap though and they wont have that much room after that.

When the dealer is giving 0% financing, they often will NOT also lower the price.  They have to make the money somewhere.  They are not there just to get the car from the dealership only to sell it at cost.

    Good Luck...

  3. probably not, supplier price is already at or maybe below invoice he only has a very few hundred to play with and hes got to make so money on the other hand it don't hurt to ask trucks are dead in the water and he may sell at a loss and by the way for those not buying supplier just because a car or truck has o percent financing that don't mean you have to pay sticker you can get a discount plus the rate(discount not rebate)
