Sorry but it would be diffiuclt to find someone in YA. However, if she was from Puerto Varas I would suggest you look in paginas amarillas o blancas in the chilean phone book and/or google government offices in Puerto Varas, and write them asking for Laura (police office in Puerto Varas, Municipalidad de Puerto Varas, etc.)
