I am looking for Vegetarian chinese/japanese recipes ?

Recipes that I can make at home. I dont mind 'fussy' recipes - I love to cook.

My only 3 requirements are:

1-Vegetarian

2-No weird/hard to find ingredients

3-No tofu!

    Do you eat fish?

    I'm 13 - been vegetarian since I was about 4.

    I don't eat fish.

    Rice, noodles.

    Not really sure on more but I'm gonna bookmark this page so I can see what results you get  xD


  2. Sure.  Make str-fry with only vegetables.  Make yakisoba with only pasta, and no chicken.  Try kimchi.  

  3. Quick blanch some broccoli florets in boiling water. then, stir fry them with ginger, green onion, garlic and soy sauce serve over rice with fresh cilantro and lime.

  5. im telling you right now if you want authentic tasting asian food you might have to go out of your way for ingredients.

    try to find a local oriental food market.

    most towns have them.
