  1. Within city, it is bit difficult. You have not mentioned, how many sq.ft.. But old flats are available for around Rs.2,500/-, a sq.ft.If you do not have aversion to brokers, their help will be better. Moreover, the area preference will be critical.

  2. U can contact estate agents and shortlist the place where u need the apartment, maybe close to your work place. In most parts of chennai u can get a decent apartment for 25 lacs. U may also have to settle for a seconds sale of appartment, not a new apartment from the builder.

  3. I am not sure about it...but, if you want...I think there is an apartment near the Thiruvanmiyur beach. It is called sea breeze...I think without the registration it is 24 lakhs....not sure though!!!!.....anyway....good luck!(I have no connection what so ever with this apts. my friend told me about it and I am telling you!!!!) and also..I am not sure if there are any houses left to sell...or you could try samudra near the thiruvanmiyur lifestyle supermarket next to a pharmacy.....good luck!

  4. I am a broker and my client want to sell his flats in virugambakkam, chennai. If you are interested pls reply. But it goes up to 28 lakhs including registration. Another chance also available, another client having a flat in valasaravakkam. It costs 26 to 27 lakhs including registration. And if you want a new building it is a proposed construction in retteri near kolathur. It is  1200 sq ft with car parking in a duplex model. If you want to proceed, you can write to me
