I am looking for a Shrimp and Pasta recipie that came out of a Sunset Magazine in the late 90's.?

It was an Asian style dish with a rice vinigar sauce. Anybody know where I could find it?? I tried the Sunset Archives, and couldn't find it there.

    Soba and Shrimp Salad  

    This is an interesting salad that is a bit different than the usual shrimp and pasta salad. Recipe source: Sunset Magazine

    20 min | 15 min prep | SERVES 4 -6 8  ounces soba noodles  

    1 1/2  teaspoons wasabi powder  

    1/4  cup soy sauce  

    2  tablespoons lemon juice  

    2  quarts spinach, washed and trimmed  

    3  tablespoons green onions, sliced  

    12  ounces baby shrimp, cooked  

    1/4  cup pink pickled ginger, sliced  

    Boil soba in boiling water for 5-8 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water and then drain again.

    While noodles are cooking, mix together wasabi and 1 tablespoon cold water in a small bowl or cup.

    Let stand 5 minutes and then add the soy sauce and lemon juice and set aside.

    In a large salad bowl toss together the spinach, noodles, green onions, shrimp, ginger and dressing.

    The one above was from the Sunset magazine, but this one sounds more like it....

    Asian Bow-Tie Pasta Salad with Shrimp & Vegetables  

    Serves: 8  

      

    Ingredients

    16 oz Luzzatti Farfalle

    1/2 cup peanut oil

    1/3 cup soy sauce

    1/3 cup rice vinegar

    1 Tbsp sugar

    1 Tbsp oriental sesame oil

    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    12 oz cooked medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined

    1 each red and yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

    2 large broccoli stalks, florets reserved

    8 green onions, chopped



    Method

    Prepare farfalle according to package directions. During last 2 minutes add broccoli florets; rinse in cold water and drain well.

    Whisk peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer half of the dressing into a large bowl. Mix in shrimp and bell peppers; marinate for 15 minutes.

    Add pasta, broccoli and green onion to shrimp mixture. Toss with additional dressing to coat well. Serve at room temperature or cover and chill up to 6 hours.
