My fiance is from New Jersey and diners were a staple for everyday life. His birthday is coming up and I am trying to find a diner to take him to. Can someone help?

  1. Singleton's is classic Old Florida---a big, weathered, ramshackle place on stilts with well-fed ducks and cats warily sharing space out front. Inside, you'll find a wonderful variety of fresh-off-the-boat seafood served on disposable plates at wide plank tables.
