  1. The Philippines is also way better than the Caribbean, and has a similar area.  You can island hop for 2,000km and never have to clear port, go through immigration, or go through customs except for arrival and departure.

    If you have all the money in the world where would you go? Seems to me all the people like The Bill Gates of the world..the CEO's of whatever... They are always sailing "The Med" ...seems like they may have something there.
