I am looking for a charity that builds water wells in Africa but is not associated with any Church.?

I want to donate weekly to a charity that helps to provide clean water in Africa by drilling wells. I want the charity to be tax-deductable and not associated with any church. I was considering the USA version of WaterCan, but after reading how many countries the boy has traveled to, it looks to me like the charity is spending a lot of money on travel instead of building wells.

Ryan was only a young child when he started Ryan's Wells.  It's now a large organization, and H2O Africa has partnered with them.  H2O Africa was started by actor Matt Damon.

Free The Children is one group they have many other things to fundraise for as well. They say it's kids helping kids and that is true but we need adults as leaders to help out and to look up to. Right now my school is raising money to build a well. We have had one big fundraiser and have raised $900. I think that is pretty good for an elementary school.
