Need a very good learning environment for my 3 yr old and also somewhere clean and nice for them, need recommendations from any one, dont mind driving a few miles within that area

Contact your local DHS- department of human services. They have a list of licensed daycare centers and a rating system. And if you talk to a worker at DHS, they can usually tell you who is good.
