  1. I personally own a Bear Element and have enjoyed it for one year and intend to use it again. It ran 300 last season and they have some of them totally set up for 250. Hoyt also makes a good entry level bow. 200 dollars is pretty a pretty hard price to find. Be sure not to try and skimp on the sights which can make or break a bow. I recommend tru glo which i use and have enjoyed thoroughly.

Some pro shops will buy or hold the bows for the customers they sell their  bow to and try and sell it for them. I would check at some of those stores.

    Good Luck!

  2. An archery shop that takes bows for tradeins, would be a great place to start. Also Bass Pro, Cabelas.. have a good assortment of them.

  3. Go to your local archery shop.  They'll help you get set up correctly.

200 may be a challenge.  Most mid range bows are 400 to 600 dollars new, 300 to 400 used with sights and rest.

To get started, try Cabelas or bass pro shops.  You should be able to get a decent starter bow for around 300 completely set up.
