I am looking for a dramatic romantic bedroom, what would you do to this bedroom?

I am so clueless. I live in an apartment and my bedroom is so small and Im tired of being so uncomfortable in it and not knowing how to design it in a dramatic and romantic way. It is about 110 sq. ft. (It is 10 by 11ft.)

I need a color. I am changing my floors to carpet because the floor its completely scratched and I do not want to pay so much to refinish it. Please tell me what color carpet i should get to compliment your taste of colors on the walls. what accessories should i put up. I have a queen size bed. I am willing to get rid of that dresser and buy a bed frame. Please put a picture together for me with the style of my bedroom. It is so small and I want something dramatic and romantic. Pleas help!

when re-decorating home, bedroom or any other room, always try to choose colors according to feng shui. in this case you will activate powers of 5 elements

(water, earth, metal, wood and fire) and support all your lucky "areas" - this will attract love, romance, wealth, money, prosperity, luck etc etc

Sand down your floors and finish them. Get rid of that black flowered rug and get deep rich bold colored stuff.

i like the floors in wood personallty and you could sand and stain them to bring their beuaty out again

plum and beiges would be pretty and you could do beige walls with either plum chairrail or beadboard

plum duvets with beige accents

save the  lamp and get a plum toned lampshade

add some potted palms and

try some materials in plum from the cloth fabric store for window treatments and add crystals beads to the edge of them

buy an ornate mirror from a thrift shop( usually used and much less exepnsive) for the dresser

a simpl e wooden chair with a new plum toned chairpad(recovered by stapling underneath oldpad) would add a nice accent ina corner of the room
