  1. Why not just purchase notebook binders and those clear sleeves (sheet protectors) at an office supply store. Have everyone submit their recipes to you and you can make enough copies for each binder. There is usually a clear sleeve on the outside of the binder, so you can create a nice cover and slip it in!

  2. If you go to an office supply store such as Office Depot or Office Max they can print and bind the book for you.  Its relatively inexpensive and I think that they might offer the binding materials cheaper the more you buy.

  3. Try Lulu.com  They advertise 100 pages, black and white, spiral bound for about $7 apiece.

  4. Oh!  I did that for Christmas this year!  I made 8, for my granddaughters & daughters:)   Go to:  keyingredient.com.  There's a link there for creating your cookbook.  You can download up to 50 recipes, with pictures & comments, and even put into categories.  They'll bind and print them up for you and ship them out.  I got mine within a week!  They're $11 for 1, but 8 of them were $8 each; so they get cheaper the more you order ....... If you have a problem, the customer service via e-mail is super helpful & friendly!.......

  5. You can also try www.cafepress.com

Or, yeah, any printing place that prints flyers, business cards, etc. will also be able to print a bunch of books and a bind them in a simple way such as spiral.
