I am looking for a first car but i need it to be under 6,000 and has great gas millage.?

if i dont find a car under 6,000 me and my twin sister have t share one. and since gas now is so high i need great millage to drive to school and places like that. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

You should go to a car auction. You can get a great car there for $6,000 or less. I got my first car from a car auction and loved it.

98 Acura CL, 98 Honda Accord or Civic,  98 -00 Toyota Corolla or Echo 00

Look at something like a 00 or so Pontiac Grand Prix. They are fairly reliable(3800 V6 is bullet proof) and get decent gas mileage(20 city/30 hwy) and also have decent power(200 hp/225 ft/lb tq).
