I am looking for a fish finder for a small boat ?

i dont have a boat battery and am looking for a fish finder to run of AA batterys or a small 12 V battery

Not being a smart a$$ but just gave a answer here that will help you also.

Most of the units I listed should be able to run on a small 12V battery without any other loads, but don't forget to charge it after each trip(since you will not be recharging it with an outboard motor)

any hummingbird is good. They can run on a small 12 volt, and work well. Even the cheaper ones.
