it needs to be in Torrance LA and I want one for axual homeless, not just some cheap meal.

Compared to other places in LA County, Torrance doesn't have a huge homeless population. You would do better to either take the Metro into Downtown LA (which is not the safest plan for a teenage girl), or maybe get a ride to Long Beach.
