You can try: http://www3.dastelefonbuch.de/?la=en&cx=... It's the german telephone book in english. I tried it myself but there is no Dr. Egloff Schwaiger.

Now come on, you've posted this before and we've answered you before. There's only one Schwaiger in the German phone book, it's not him, so unless you have any additional info, there's not much use posting your question over and over again.
