Our team really needs some spirit and motivation. If you have any suggestions, quotes, cheers, songs...anything!! We need it! Please help!!!

make ace, hits, and block cheers....everytime you get one, the team goes to the middle while doing the short cheer....maybe even make a "pick it up" cheer- if you've lost 5 points in a row, you go to the middle with a cheer like "pick it up"....it's not much, but it keeps the team together with the goal in mind in the middle of the game

muhamad ali once said that he never won or lost a fight in the ring. he said every fight of his career was won or lost in the months leading up to the fight. when he trained well, he was much better prepaired on fight night. when he trained poorly, he was setting his self up to almost certainly lose the fight. head coach nick saban told this story to the miami dolphins at the beginning of training camp to inspire his team to practice hard in preperation for the season. hope this helps.
