I am looking for a good/cheap place to get my hair cut in Arlington, VA.

My hair is long and I want to donate it to "locks of love" but haven't regularly been to a stylist. Please only recommend ones that you personally have been to or someone else has recommended to you.

I can't tell you the name of it but I can tell you where it is.  On South 23rd St, past all the restuarants, on the left side of the road.  It's in the same strip center with Arlington Realty.  I worked next door for 4yrs and they did everyone in the office as well as most from Arlington Realty.

You would not be looking for a good AND cheap place. Those words completely contradict each other... Good and inexpensive would make more sense.

However, I do not live in the area so I can't really help you at all. I would suggest asking friends/family members though...
