I am looking for a good colon cleanser?

Does anyone know of a good one that works quickly. I would like to do it on the weekend. No jokes please

The only product that reallyy works is herbal fiberblend it is a gentle cleanse without any yukky happenings you can not do it over the weekend as the cleanse takes 3 months but is worth the effort. The only thing your colon needs is regular fibre and a healthy diet. That's it. The rest is sheer quackery.

Enemas are totally unnecessary but they are probably the quickest way to do it.

Plenty of fiber (bread, cereals, pasta, fruit and vegetables) and roughage (fruit and vegetables) every day is all you need plus plenty of water and exercise every day.

If you want a quick one-off method then enemas are an option but 3 months later or even well before that you might need another e***a unless you rely on diet and exercise.
