If you've got the budget you may hold your son's party at Luna Building Function Room in Rockwell, Makati City..Or you may try at Makati Shangri-La Grand Ballroom and have instant carousel there..you may bring as many clowns you wish to bring so your kid visitors would enjoy..of course don't forget the taste buds of your little visitors who would also want to enjoy the food they're going to take..
