I am looking for a good website for my 4 year old. she loves the computer but it is hard to find stuff for her

we've done nick jr. and disney, am looking for one with videos or games that are really easy. she really likes animals. sometimes we just go to youtube and watch the animal only videos, but there aren't many there. Moms??? any help?

I wouldn't advise you allow her to spend too much time on the computer, whether it's letting her play online games or ones loaded on your system. However, I would recommend Starfall for your daughter. It's an excellent site for emergent readers. There are lots of fun games to play that require very little parent direction. More important, it's a safe site. You're not going to have to worry about your daughter encountering a lot of advertising or stumble across any negative influences.

My son is a little over 3 and he enjoys the Wiggles website and the Doodlebops website.  The Doodlebops have videos and some easy games.  I think most of the kid friendly characters have web sites.  If your Daughter is into any kid friendly shows go to their website.

I think the best thing to do would be get games or programs for the computer instead of having her use the internet.

There isn't much for a 4 year old to do, other than what you mentioned. The internet requires quite a bit of reading and it's unlikely that a 4 year old has much reading skills
