I have been using my street pilot 2720 for over one year without any problems. I know people say that sometimes gps system does not give the best route but if you know the better route to take then go for it after all gps is just a computer with tons of data telling you one of the way to get there. I am very pleased with my system and don't leave homw without it. I think this is as good as any gps system with the newer chip unless you have dead beckoning you will experience some loss of gps signal in tunnels, garage parking and urban canyons but once you clear them your signal should return right away and you are on your way.
