Okay I am looking for something in St. augustine FL or something in an a different country (maybe costa rica) I am on a buget less than 250,000

I would love something with 3 bed (nmore than 3 bed would be great) (more than 1 bath) and 2 stories plz! Something nice (not cheap looking) I would love to find a countrie where I can get a million doller home for less than half the price (if that makes sense) If you know and counries like that please say something. But it cant be anything to far. I live in conneticut so less than a 6 hour plane ride would be great thanks so much!

You are going to have to look at Mexico, you can't afford what you are looking for in the Caribbean.
