I am looking for a job but planning on moving should i tell prospective employer?

only if it would affect the job - ie:  if your moving with in the same city then just give them a change of address after you move, but if you will be moving were you would need to quit then they would need to know.

If your move is the later of the 2 then it may be best to wait to start a new job till after you move.
