I am looking for a laser pointer that can show the beam in daylight, but doesnt burn things.Can anyone help?

I would like it to be high quality but safe. I do not like the lasers with the giant dot in them and i would prefer it to be a pretty thin point. I am basicly looking for something to show off with and still be safe, because I dont really have a need to burn things when there are lighters and things like that. I would like the price to be somewhere for 50-150 dollars which I think is pretty reasonable because what I am looking for a is a 35mw laser if I've done my research correctly. Well help if you can.☻

You can go to any office supply and get one.

We used them at work all the time, they were preissued to us so I don't know their model, but I know they bought everything from Best Buy and Office Max.

You want to be able to see the beam, not just the dot.  This isn't a function of the laser.  You'll see the beam when it travels through air that has something in it to make the beam visible.  Dust or water vapor in the air will make the beam show up.  You won't see it in air that's clear and calm.
