I am looking for a lens for my Rebel XSi.?

I'm going to a concert in June and need a lens that can handle low light situations and be able to zoom when needed. I don't want to break the bank but I don't want a cheap lens.

Even this is a mild zoom unless you are in the first 5-10 rows or on stage.  We don't even want to talk about a better lens, though, if finances are an i$$ue.
