I am looking for a modern tub filler (spout) with a diverter that has a pressure release valve?

I currently have a tub filler that only has a diverter, the issue is that the water pressure is so high that i have to turn on the shower to pull out the diverter. So im looking for a modern tub spout, or tub filler that has some sort of pressure release mechanism.. Thanks !!
