I am looking for a movie I have watched?

I can only remember the last part of the movie which about 15 minutes or 20 minutes.A young man is driving a car while a old man is talking to him.The young man is acted by Liev Schreiber,the old man is about 60 years old.On the way they help a woman who lost her mind.The woman was abused by his husband. At the end the young man send the old man a cross,it represent their friendship.
