I don't think you can find a non stop flight from SFO to MSY, you can usually only fly non stop if your flying from an air carriers hub or into an air carriers hub, I don't think SFO is a hub for any airlines, if you find out SFO is a hub for an airline, check with that airline, it would be your best bet.

Try doing a sesrch for what you're looking for on sidestep.com  The site has really good deals and tons of options. It searches every airline over the web to find you the best flights.
