I am looking for a phone which has "real" GPS, document editing (microsoft), pdf view and wifi?

I am looking for a world GSM phone that has a "real" GPS not one that works off a network but rather like a handheld GPS unit. I am also looking for a phone which can edit microsoft documents such as word and excel and can view pdf documents. An additional feature I would like is WIFI so that I can connect to public networks to surf the internet.
