You best option would be to contact something like small ad agency.  A place like coupon books, or a local color magazine.  Us your experience to do stuff like layouts and touch up for print advertising.  You can also contact a few of the local photographers for bigger stuff, like weddings and see if they want to outsource that portion of their job to you so they can be more available for shoots and to work with their clients.
