My favourites are betfair.com and interpoker.com, also play on pkr.com. they all have a load of sit and go's.

The best one is fulltilt but maybe the others are more like Victor Chandler.

I have to suggest Poker Stars as the largest and most well established.  They have a ton of sit and gos at every level.

I also like Full Tilt.  They have even more pros, some of whom even play lower stakes now and again and you have a chance to play with them.

Personally I'd go to pokerstars.com. In fact when VC changed 18 months or so ago I did switch. Pokerstars has many different sit n go's ranging from $1.20 9 player tables up to..well...more than most people ever want to pay. Plus they have a minimum deposit of $10 and accept most UK issued cards as well as almost always having 'new player' bonuses that aren't too bad. And because it's so popular you never have to wait ages for a tourney to start (I've never seen less than 80,000 people online at one time).
