I am looking for a pug to buy/adopt does anyone live in ft laud fl?

i really want to rescue one and have looked on the pug rescue websites but there are no rescue groups in my area i have tried the humane soc. as well i am sure i'll find one i know it takes time just figured i would ask since i am already on here hanging out :)

GREAT choice!! Pugs are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! I have a pug she is my life! I got mine from a breeder in MS and it was like rescuing they were covered in fleas and ticks outdoors 24/7. Nasty stuff. Ummm.... I live in Fl now too, near Pensacola, I am not sure, let me see what I can find.....

With a quick search, I found two rescues that serve southern Florida. Unfortunately, the list on the PDCA (pug dog club of America) website is not always updated, so you may have to do some extra searching to  find one in your area.

You should definitely take a look at these two rescues!

I rescued my pug from MAPR (mid-atlantic pug rescue), and it was such a good experience. There are so many pugs that need homes, so it is great that you are looking to adopt!
