Anyone know of a REPUTABLE Shih Poo puppy breeder in Massachusetts?

Check out http://www.designermixes.org they have some mixed-breed/designer dog breeders listed. I didn't see any in MA yet though.

Reputable breeders would NOT breed mutts.

If you like both breeds why not get a purebred of one or the other?

A "shih poo" is a mutt. It's a shih tzu / poodle mix.

No reputable breeder would ever breed mutts.

Your only ethical choice for a mutt is from the animal shelter.

No where. Mutt breeders are not reputable. They are breeding for money.

Getting a dog from a shelter is more reputable than from someone who intentionally breeds mutts and then ask high prices for them to make money.

I am sorry but using reputable, and, breeder of mutts, in the same sentence is a good example of an Oxymoron. In other words no such thing.

There are no reputable mutt breeders. If you are getting one from a breeder, they will most likely hand you a sick dog. If someone is breeding mutts, they just do it for the money. No reputable breeders would breed anything but their choice of purebred.

A reputable breeder would show their dogs in conformation (the show ring/dog shows), get them genetically tested, have good marks from the OFA, and would only breed around two times a year or a few more. Breeders make no money at all if they are doing it right.

A "breeder" who breeds mutts, has no idea what they are doing, they just know they will get money  from each pup they sell.

Your best bet is a shelter, they they have healthy dogs that are already healthy.
