I am looking for a school in Mumbai that is accreditted by the US Dept of Ed.?

My friend lives outside of Mumbai, but is taking coursework online through a college in the US to become a certified teacher in the US. The classes require that he observes some classes and such, but they must be in a school that is certified by the US Dept of Education. I know of the American School of Bombay. I am wondering if there are other options nearby. I have asked the US Consolate in Mumbai for information, but they had none. Any ideas?
