i am looking for a online shop that does not require online payment ,

instead the shop gets paid at house only after delivering it

i need such a site desparately i want to buy a gift for my mom on mothers day but i am too small to go out and buy a dress myself.

my mom and dad will not allow me to do so

Most stores do not ship COD (cost on delivery)anymore, especially with the type of vother payments out there, besides at twelve they will not ship to you, since you legally can't sign a contract, ask your dad to take you somewhere to peurchase that speciel gift for you/
