I've not come across anything, yet, if you are talking about personal email addresses; if you want a Company, obviously, just "google" it.

The only other possibility, if it is a friend so you know their address, is to try www.192.com and see if they have a listed phone number (becoming rare these days with widespread use of mobiles, cable and ex-directory) and just phone to ask.

If you only know their name - type in "United Kingdom" where it asks for a "Location"
