Cafepress will not design the shirt.  Their product designs are uploaded to the site and then created, and the designer makes a commission on the shirt.  

The shirts you are looking for can be pretty easily created.  You can even add a picture of her on the shirt with any slogan you like.

You can either go to www.cafepress.com or you can find an embroiderer or screenprinter that has a DTG machine.  The Direct To Garment printer can print the design directly onto the T-shirt.  The DTG method is perfect for small runs, while screenprinting is best for large orders.  The other option is to have the design embroidered onto the T-shirt.
